User experience refers to a person’s thoughts, feelings, and impressions when engaging with a specific company or its products and services, in both a present context and accumulated over time.

User experience involves the user interface (UI), or the means through which a user interacts with a computer. However, user experience is broader than the intuitiveness of a particular product or service; it also encompasses the information and the content within. This, taken together, combines to form user experience.

User experience shows that you’re meeting your customer’s needs and that your products and services are intuitive and worthwhile. In an ideal sense, user experience will integrate everything you do — your product design, your sound design, graphic design, your marketing, and more — to create seamless products and services which create positive engagement between users and your brand.
