About the Client Success Director
Karen Picard is the Client Success Director of Market Ready Index, Inc. Among her duties, Karen manages client experience, data analytics, and maintains reporting across all client operations.
Karen brings 10+ years in upper-level customer and employee experience roles to the MRI team. In that capacity, she focused on multiple marketing research and analytics projects both as a client-side in-house consultant and agency liaison. She has deep experience in marketing and advertising strategy for B to B and B to C including product development and user-focused design for Digital and Fintech. Karen has advanced degrees in Organizational Leadership and Journalism / Communications and is the Executive Director of Picard Market Research, LLC.
