About the Chief Technology Officer


Raul Navarro is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Market Ready Index, Inc. He is responsible for the creation and maintenance of the various technologies used throughout the Assessment.

Raul is a Fullbright Scholar who earned his MBA from Purdue, a top 20 Business School in the U.S., in 1999. With a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Raul has leveraged his education and his background into a successful career working with everyone from small startups to Fortune 500 companies. Currently, Raul serves as CEO and Founder of San Diego-based software company Search Rebel, LLC.
